Arina Sian

Arina is a skilled litigator with a reputation for precision, strategy, and genuine care for her clients. She has extensive experience acting across a broad range of disputes, including complex litigation matters in various divisions of the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal (including the Appeal Panel), the NSW Land and Environment Court, the Supreme Court of NSW, and the NSW District Court. Whether she is guiding an individual through a challenging personal matter or advising corporate clients in high-stakes proceedings, Arina brings clarity, rigour, and tenacity to every case.

After completing a Bachelor of Biodiversity and Conservation at Macquarie University in 2019, Arina went straight into her Bachelor of Laws (Graduate Entry) at the University of Notre Dame and graduated with Honours in 2022. Arina then completed her Diploma of Practical Legal Training at the College of Law in 2023, and was admitted in the same year.

She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, her ability to craft strategies that cut through complexity, and her unwavering dedication to securing practical and favourable outcomes. Arina runs matters from start to finish, from the first letter of demand to final hearing and resolution, which allows her to develop strong, professional relationships with her clients. She prides herself on ensuring that her clients feel supported every step of the way.

Arina’s drink of choice is a freshly squeezed orange juice, and she won’t deny a fondness for fresh dates and peanut butter when she feels like a sweet treat. Her favourite destination to switch off from “litigating for a living” is Dubai (who can resist sun, cocktails and beach clubs), though closer to home she resets by spending time with her dogs, sweating it out at a Reformer Pilates class, or finding a sunny spot at one of Sydney’s beautiful beaches to enjoy her latest fiction book.
