Arina Sian
Arina is a skilled litigator with a reputation for precision, strategy, and genuine care for her clients. She has extensive experience acting across a broad range of disputes, including complex litigation in the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal, the Land and Environment Court, the District Court, and the Supreme Court of NSW. Whether she is guiding an individual through a challenging personal matter or advising corporate clients in high-stakes proceedings, Arina brings clarity, rigour, and tenacity to every case.
She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, her ability to craft strategies that cut through complexity, and her unwavering dedication to securing practical and favourable outcomes. Arina runs matters from start to finish, from the first demand letter to final hearing and resolution, ensuring her clients feel supported every step of the way.
Arina’s drink of choice is a long black “a few before noon!” and she won’t deny a fondness (some might say obsession) for fresh dates and peanut butter around 3pm to keep her going. Her favourite destination is Dubai, though closer to home she resets by eyeing off her next hike (inclines are must!) or hunting down a sunny, sandy spot at one of Sydney’s harbourside cove beaches.
