Garreth Woodstock

Garreth is a commercially focused lawyer with over four years of post-admission experience in legal practice, complemented by 4.5 years in tax advisory. His background as a Chartered Accountant and his dual degrees in Commerce (Accounting) and Law from the University of Wollongong equip him with a sharp, detail-driven approach and a deep understanding of financial and legal complexities.

Garreth’s practice spans a diverse range of areas including property, estates, commercial transactions, civil litigation, business sales, trusts, torts, contracts, construction, and leasing. He has previously worked with firms such as PWC and Elias Gates where he has advised high net worth individuals and private companies on complex tax and commercial matters.

At Green & Associates, Garreth relishes the strategic challenge of commercial litigation. He is driven by the intellectual rigour of applying legal principles to real-world disputes and is committed to achieving practical, outcome-oriented solutions for clients.

Outside of work, Garreth enjoys staying active at the gym, getting stuck into non-fiction and legal commentary, listening to music, and playing the guitar.
