Riva Thapa

Riva is a Graduate Lawyer at Green & Associates Solicitors within the Firm’s commercial and civil litigation practice, where she assists our Principal, Special Counsel and senior solicitors in the conduct of complex disputes.

Riva brings several years’ experience in civil litigation, gained through her work as a paralegal with substantial exposure to the preparation and conduct of civil proceedings. This experience underpins her disciplined and analytical approach to litigation, characterised by precision and a capacity to contribute meaningfully to the effective conduct of complex contested matters. She assists in matters at all stages of proceedings, with particular involvement in litigation before the District Court of New South Wales, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and the Court of Appeal.

Fuelled by an appetite for lifelong learning, she brings invaluable support to our litigation practice, and is dedicated to consistently achieve successful results for our clients.

Riva has completed her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at the University of Technology Sydney, and is presently awaiting admission before the Supreme Court of New South Wales. She is a passionate, driven, and valued member of our Firm.
