A former NSW Police Officer, Lauren brings invaluable frontline and strike force experience to her practice. Her background includes extensive exposure to organised crime, serious assaults, and large-scale drug supply. This lived experience gives Lauren a unique, relentless approach to the ‘other side’ of our litigious criminal defence—she is thorough, strategic, and adaptable under pressure.

Not for the faint-hearted Lauren is a fan of cold plunges into the ocean before her household wakes up, and she also grew up show jumping warmbloods… until she was 6 months pregnant at one point! Lastly, it’s no surprise that Lauren is our go-to for True Crime documentary recommendations… daily!
